1. To teach children and teens the essential life skills of cooperation, leadership, communication, and caring.
2. To provide an opportunity for groups of all ages in the Syracuse area to build highly effective teams.
3. To teach and reinforce leadership skills through adventure programming.
4. To work with at-risk youth to reduce violence, drug abuse, and other behaviors that lead to negative consequences.
